(1) A more stable weather pattern will prevail through the balance of the week into the weekend. Even so, slim rain chances will linger with the return of a bit more sunshine late week through the weekend.
(2) The air mass overhead will, once again, turn a bit more unstable once we get into next week. There are some indications that another cold front will move southward into Texas by the latter part of next week (most effect just beyond my seven day forecast period); this will result in increased rain chances.
NWS/Weather Prediction Center rainfall guidance is predicting an average rainfall of
0.50 inch over our area over the next seven day forecast period.
