AUSTIN / UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS WEATHER
SEVEN DAY WEATHER HEADLINES
AND MY 7 DAY FORECAST CONFIDENCE …

(1) I expect a more stable weather pattern to prevail today as a weak cold front moves a little deeper into the northwestern part of the area. The front should remain just north of our area before weakening and returning northward as a warm front by tonight.

(2) Another cold front will move southward into Texas and perhaps into our local area by late Wednesday night into Thursday with a renewed chance of rain and thunderstorms.

(3) A drier and more stable weather pattern will develop, with abundant sunshine, for Friday into the weekend with afternoon high temperatures warming to well above seasonal averages.

NWS/Weather Prediction Center rainfall guidance is predicting rainfall of up to 0.25 inch over our area for the next seven day period.

MY FORECAST CONFIDENCE OVER THE NEXT SEVEN DAYS…
A high confidence forecast through the 7 day forecast period.
