(1) Our atmosphere looks quite stable for much of the next seven day forecast period. Based on the most recent computer guidance, it is possible we could see an isolated thunderstorm or two well southeast of Austin Thursday into Friday but I will keep it dry locally as the typical late summer weather pattern will prevail over the next seven days with afternoon high temperatures continuing to be above seasonal averages.

NWS/Weather Prediction Center rainfall guidance is predicting no rainfall over our area for the next seven day forecast period.
