(1) Our atmosphere looks quite stable for much of the next seven day forecast period. Based on the most recent computer guidance, it is possible we could see an isolated thunderstorm later today into early tonight (about a 10%probability of rain) and again mainly southeast of Austin Thursday into Friday but, at this point, I will keep in dry locally as my confidence in any rain chances is very low with the typical late summer weather pattern mostly prevailing over the next seven days with afternoon high temperatures continuing to be above seasonal averages.

NWS/Weather Prediction Center rainfall guidance is predicting little or no rainfall over our area for the next seven day forecast period.
