SEVEN DAY WEATHER HEADLINES
AND MY 7 DAY FORECAST CONFIDENCE …

(1) Southerly surface winds will pick up today into the weekend as the weak cold front that moved south to just to north of us washes out; increased south southeasterly wind, warmer temperatures and higher humidity will be the result. Cloud cover will continue to increase a bit, particularly late night and early morning low cloudiness and perhaps an isolated light early morning sprinkle, but I do not expect any widespread precipitation.

(2) Our next big weather change comes next Wednesday as a cold front moves through the area in the early morning time period with only isolated rain showers and thunderstorms.

(3) Skies will clear as drier and cooler air moves into the area in the wake of the front as surface high pressure moves in from the Rockies for the latter part of next week.

NWS/Weather Prediction Center rainfall guidance, over the next seven days, is predicting less than .10 inch of rainfall over the next seven day period.
