WEATHER HAZARDS THROUGH 12 MIDNIGHT TONIGHT…

SEVEN DAY WEATHER HEADLINES
AND MY 7 DAY FORECAST CONFIDENCE …

(1) A dry and stable winter weather pattern continues over south central Texas with surface high pressure prevailing.

(2) Another weak cold front will pass in the midday hours tomorrow but with no return of low level moisture from the south in advance of the front, no big change in our sensible weather is expected.  

(3) Under a mostly clear sky, another reinforcing dry surface cold front will pass Friday night allowing high pressure to rebuild over the area with slightly cooler temperatures for our upcoming weekend into early next week. Some increase in cloud cover is possible late Friday night into early Saturday as this front progresses through the area but I am holding off on any rain chances at this point.

NWS/Weather Prediction Center rainfall guidance is predicting little in the way of  precipitation over the next seven days.
