AUSTIN / UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS WEATHER
SEVEN DAY WEATHER HEADLINES
AND MY 7 DAY FORECAST CONFIDENCE …

(1) As a trough, or line, of surface low pressure develops over far west Texas, a slow warming trend continues through the seven day forecast period with afternoon highs back to 90 degrees or slightly higher by the weekend.

(2) The NWS/National Hurricane Center (NHC) is issuing advisories on tropical cyclone Delta, strengthening over the northwestern Caribbean Sea. This system, based on the official NHC forecast, will stay well to our east over the coming days which will result in the dry stable weather pattern continuing.

(3) A dry cold front will move southeastward through the IH35 corridor by midday on Monday with slightly cooler temperatures following.

NWS/Weather Prediction Center rainfall guidance, for the IH35 corridor over the next seven days, forecasts no precipitation with temperatures near top slightly average overall through Monday.

MY FORECAST CONFIDENCE OVER THE NEXT SEVEN DAYS…
