WEATHER HAZARDS THROUGH 12 MIDNIGHT TONIGHT…

SEVEN DAY WEATHER HEADLINES
AND MY 7 DAY FORECAST CONFIDENCE …

(1) In the wake of yesterday afternoon’s cold front, surface high pressure has built in over our area with unseasonably cool temperatures continuing through tonight.

(2) As the axis of the surface high pressure moves eastward out of the area and we see a return southerly wind flow, we’ll see temperatures warm again tomorrow through early/mid next week as a south southeasterly surface wind flow becomes better established and we start to see a better return of low level moisture than we’ve seen lately.

(3) Another cold front is slated to move across our area just beyond the end of the current 7 day forecast period next Friday. Rain chances look low as we look ahead.  

NWS/Weather Prediction Center rainfall guidance, for the IH35 corridor over the next seven days, forecasts little or no precipitation through Thursday.
