AUSTIN / UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS WEATHER
SEVEN DAY WEATHER HEADLINES
AND MY 7 DAY FORECAST CONFIDENCE …

(1) A cold front has moved through the area this morning. Cooler temperatures are following, however, the front will weaken to our south pretty quickly and return northward as a warm front by late tomorrow into tomorrow night.

(2) A return south southwesterly surface wind will allow for a fairly stable and much warmer than average (potentially record breaking) weather pattern mid into late week.

(3) Another low pressure area and a stronger cold front will cross Texas late Friday night into Saturday with a few rain showers and isolated thunderstorms. In the wake of the front, skies will clear with much cooler temperatures – back closer to seasonal averages – due for the weekend into early next week.

NWS/Weather Prediction Center rainfall guidance is predicting less than 0.10 inch of rainfall for our IH35 corridor over the next seven days.

MY FORECAST CONFIDENCE OVER THE NEXT SEVEN DAYS…
