WEATHER HAZARDS THROUGH 12 MIDNIGHT TONIGHT…

… No Weather Hazards Expected …

SEVEN DAY WEATHER HEADLINES
AND MY 7 DAY FORECAST CONFIDENCE …

(1) High pressure is moving east of our area allowing a southerly surface wind to return later today into tonight with increasing cloud cover.

(2) Warmer temperatures will return tomorrow into our upcoming weekend as clouds decrease a bit.

(3) Another cold front will be moving into Texas by Saturday and moving south of the Austin area by late Saturday into Saturday night with cooler temperatures returning.

(4) With clouds moving back in, that cold front will return back north northeastward by early Sunday as south southeasterly surface winds return area wide. These warmer temperatures and clouds will continue through Tuesday.

(5) Another cold front will move southeastward through the area by Tuesday night. Guidance would suggest the clouds will continue with some suggestion of a better rain chances by Wednesday into Thursday as an overrunning pattern potentially becomes better established locally.

NWS/Weather Prediction Center rainfall guidance suggests, on average, less than 0.25 inch over the next seven day forecast period.

A high to very high confidence forecast through early next week with a low to medium forecast confidence for Tuesday night and beyond.

TONIGHT…. Cloudy with a few sprinkles and patchy fog developing after midnight. Rainfall, where it occurs given a 20%chance of rain at any given location, will average trace amounts. Low 54. Light east southeasterly wind becoming calm.

FRIDAY…. Patchy fog and a few sprinkles before 10am. Becoming mostly sunny and much warmer by afternoon. Morning rainfall, where it occurs given a 20%chance of rain at any given location, will average trace amounts. High 74. Calm wind becoming southerly 5 to 10 mph.
