WEATHER HAZARDS THROUGH 12 MIDNIGHT TONIGHT…

… No Weather Threats Expected Today or Tonight …

SEVEN DAY WEATHER HEADLINES
AND MY 7 DAY FORECAST CONFIDENCE …

(1) With surface high pressure prevailing overhead and moving east of the area, a quiet and benign fall weather pattern, with plenty of sunshine, is expected to persist over south central Texas over the next five days as temperatures warm back to above seasonal averages.

(2) Guidance suggests that a weak cold front may drift southward into or just north of our area by Saturday with increased clouds and perhaps some slim rain chances with temperatures falling back closer to seasonal averages. The front is forecast to retreat northward as a warm front on Sunday with another cold front approaching from the north next Monday which is just beyond our 7 day forecast period.

NWS/Weather Prediction Center rainfall guidance is predicting 0.25 inch or less of rainfall for our area over the next seven days.
