WEATHER HAZARDS THROUGH 12 MIDNIGHT TONIGHT…

…. No Weather Hazards Expected ….

SEVEN DAY WEATHER HEADLINES
AND MY 7 DAY FORECAST CONFIDENCE …

(1) In the wake of the upper level low pressure storm system and the severe weather outbreak locally yesterday, a drier and more stable weather pattern is taking hold over our area. Surface high pressure is building south southeastward from the Rockies and plains and will remain in place through the remainder of the week.

(2) As lower pressure develops over the western USA, we’ll see a return southerly surface wind for the area for our upcoming weekend into next week with temperatures warming to well above seasonal averages.

(3) The next approaching upper level low pressure storm system and associated surface cold front will move deeper into Texas by next Tuesday night into Wednesday but I will hold off of any mention of precipitation in advance of the system with the effect primarily just beyond this seven day forecast.

NWS/Weather Prediction Center rainfall guidance is predicting little or no precipitation over our area over the next seven day period.
