SEVEN DAY WEATHER HEADLINES…

(1)  A dry and stable weather pattern prevails through today with abundant sunshine and warming temperatures…

(2) A dry cold front passes about daybreak tomorrow morning with sunshine and slightly cooler temperatures tomorrow into Friday…

(3) Another upper level low pressure disturbance and associated cold front will approach the area by late Friday night through Saturday midday with a good chance of rain showers and thunderstorms as a cold front passes by early afternoon Saturday…

(4) Sunshine.. less humid and seasonal temperatures are expected in the wake of the front for Sunday into Monday…

(5) Clouds will be on the increase by Wednesday of next week as low level moisture increases over our area…

THURSDAY…. Mostly sunny as a cold front passes in the early morning hours. High 82. Southerly winds early shifting west northwesterly wind 5 to 12 mph.

THURSDAY NIGHT…. Mostly clear. Low 53. West northwesterly wind 4 to 8 mph becoming more north northwesterly after midnight.

FRIDAY…. Mostly sunny. High 81. North northwesterly wind 5 to 10 mph becoming more southeasterly late in the day.

FRIDAY NIGHT…. Increasing clouds becoming mostly cloudy. Scattered rain showers and thunderstorms, with an associated lightning risk, after midnight. A 50% chance of rain; where rainfall occurs, it will average 1/4 inch. Low 60. Easterly wind 5 to 10 mph.

SATURDAY…. Cloudy with numerous rain showers and thunderstorms with an associated lightning risk mainly before noon. A 70% chance of rain; rainfall will average 1/4 to 3/4 inch. In the wake of an early afternoon cold front, rain tapering off early and mid afternoon with clouds decreasing by late afternoon. High 75. East southeasterly wind 5 to 12 mph becoming westerly 8 to 15 by afternoon.
