SEVEN DAY WEATHER HEADLINES…

(1) A surge of tropical moisture off the western Gulf of Mexico moves northward through southeast Texas with a more unstable atmosphere with rain and thunderstorms in areas along and east of the IH35 corridor. 

(2) A drier and more stable weather pattern will return by tomorrow into the weekend with afternoon high temperatures rising back to well above seasonal averages.

(3) An unseasonably strong cold front will approach Texas and move through our area next Monday morning with increased clouds and perhaps rain chances by late weekend into the early part of next week.
