AUSTIN / UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS WEATHER
SEVEN DAY WEATHER HEADLINES…

(1) Plenty of sunshine is expected with drier and a little cooler air through mid week.

(2) By late Thursday into early on Friday, a strong cold front will move through the area once again with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms. Although model guidance varies a little regarding when the precipitation will end – and this is resulting in bit less forecast confidence on my part – but I still expect unseasonably chilly weather as get into next weekend. Even if precipitation ends a little later than I expect on Friday, I am still expected plenty of sunshine Saturday into Sunday.
