AUSTIN / UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS WEATHER
SEVEN DAY WEATHER HEADLINES…

(1) In the wake of our strong cold front yesterday, clouds have decreased overnight as much colder temperatures (a modified arctic air mass) takes hold across the area. Clear skies and/or plenty of sunshine is expected today through tomorrow and into the weekend.

(2) A weak cold front will move through the area tomorrow night but I don’t expect anything more than a reinforcing of the air mass now in place.

(3) By late in the weekend and into early next week, a south southeasterly surface wind will become reestablished with more clouds and warmer temperatures. By Tuesday, early indications are that another cold front will be moving deep into Texas with rain chances reappearing in the forecast.
