TODAY…. Morning patchy fog and drizzle then decreasing clouds becoming partly cloudy by midday through the afternoon. A 20% chance of rain; where rainfall occurs, it will average trace amounts. High 74. Westerly wind 4 to 8 mph becoming northerly by late afternoon.

TONIGHT…. Mostly cloudy. Patchy fog developing after midnight. Low 52. Light northeasterly wind early becoming light southeasterly after midnight. 

FRIDAY…. Patchy morning fog. Mostly cloudy with widely scattered afternoon rain showers and a few thunderstorms with an associated lightning risk. A 30% chance of rain; where rainfall occurs, it will average 1/4 inch or less. High 73. South southeasterly wind increasing to 8 to 15 mph. 

FRIDAY NIGHT…. Cloudy with scattered to numerous rain showers and isolated thunderstorms  with an associated lightning risk as a cold front passes after midnight. A 60% chance of rain; rainfall will average 1/4 to 1/2 inch. Low 46. South southwesterly wind 8 to 15 mph shifting north northwesterly after midnight.

SATURDAY…. Decreasing clouds early then becoming sunny. Windy and much cooler. Temperatures in the 40s during the morning hours warming to near 50 in the afternoon. North northwesterly 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 30 mph in the afternoon.

SATURDAY NIGHT…. Clear with a freeze in outlying and low lying areas. Low 29 in outlying and low lying areas to 35 in the downtown area. Northerly wind 10 to 18 mph with some higher gusts.

SUNDAY…. Sunshine. High 52. Northerly wind 5 to 12 mph becoming more east southeasterly by afternoon.

SUNDAY NIGHT…. A clear sky with a freeze in outlying and low lying areas. Low 28 in outlying and low lying areas to 34 in the downtown area. Light south southeasterly wind.

MONDAY /MARTIN LUTHER KING DAY/…. Sunshine. High 61. Light south  southeasterly wind increasing to 8 to 15 mph with some gusty in the afternoon hours.

MONDAY NIGHT…. Mostly clear. Low 45. Light south southeasterly wind.

TUESDAY…. Increasing clouds becoming partly cloudy. High 64. South southeasterly wind increasing to 5 to 10 mph.

TUESDAY NIGHT…. Mostly cloudy.. breezy and turning colder with a few rain showers as a cold front passes. A 20% chance of rain; where rainfall occurs, it will average less than 1/10th inch. Low 38. Southerly wind 8 to 15 mph becoming northerly 10 to 20 mph.

WEDNESDAY…. A few early morning rain showers otherwise decreasing clouds early with a mostly sunny sky for the late morning, midday and afternoon hours. Cooler. A 20% chance of rain before 8am; where rainfall occurs, it will average 1/10th inch or less. High 54. Northerly wind 8 to 15 mph.
