SEVEN DAY WEATHER HEADLINES…

(1) A passing upper air low pressure disturbance will result in a round of thunderstorms for the IH35 corridor this afternoon in the 1 to 5pm time period. 

(2) A drier and more stable weather pattern will return in the wake of thunderstorms tonight and through the weekend with afternoon high temperatures rising back to well above seasonal averages.

(3) An unseasonably strong cold front will approach Texas and move through our area on Sunday night into Monday morning with increased clouds and perhaps rain chances by late weekend into the early part of next week. A notable drop in temperatures and humidity will be noted in the wake of the system for early into mid parts of next week.
