(1) Skies will continue mostly clear today through tomorrow and our upcoming weekend. Below average temperatures will prevail today before a warmup begins tomorrow through the weekend.

(2) A developing low pressure area and cold front over the Rockies will result in a return south southeasterly wind flow beginning Saturday and continuing into next week with increased cloud cover Sunday and beyond. I will continue rain chances beginning late Monday into Tuesday.

NWS/Weather Prediction Center rainfall guidance is predicting less than 0.25 inch over the area over the next seven day period.
