AUSTIN / UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS WEATHER
SEVEN DAY WEATHER HEADLINES
AND MY 7 DAY FORECAST CONFIDENCE …

(1) In the wake of the cold front that moved through the area midday yesterday and the lingering clouds that followed, we’ve seen the skies clear from the east this morning with cooler temperatures and drier air moving in.

(2) Another passing upper air disturbance and weak surface cold front will result in increased clouds tomorrow into tomorrow night with even a few sprinkles possible in the overnight hours tomorrow night.

(3) Skies will clear early Friday with abundant sunshine and warmer temperatures for our upcoming weekend.

(4) Another passing upper air low pressure disturbance will pass west-to-east over south Texas by early next week with increased clouds and rain chances by late Sunday night into Monday and continuing into mid week as another cold front moves through Texas by next Wednesday.

NWS/Weather Prediction Center rainfall guidance is predicting 0.25 to 0.50 inch rainfall for our area over the next seven days.

MY FORECAST CONFIDENCE OVER THE NEXT SEVEN DAYS…
A high confidence forecast today through the remainder of the week.. the weekend and into the first half of next week.
