SEVEN DAY WEATHER HEADLINES…

(1) Abundant sunshine will continue through today.

(2) An upper air storm system moving across Mexico into south Texas will pass and move through the area late tonight into Friday and Friday night with rain showers likely.

(3) Sunshine and slightly above average temperatures are expected for the upcoming weekend into the Christmas Day period.

TONIGHT…. Increasing clouds becoming mostly cloudy with a few sprinkles developing. Rainfall, where it occurs given a 20% chance of rain, will average trace amounts. Low 43. Light southeasterly wind.

FRIDAY…. Cloudy with occasional rain showers. Rainfall, where it occurs given a 80%chance of rain, will average .25″ inch or less. High 53. East northeasterly wind 4 to 8 mph.

FRIDAY NIGHT…. Cloudy with occasional rain showers before midnight. Rain chances decreasing after midnight. Rainfall, where it occurs given a 70% chance of rain early decreasing to 40% after midnight, will average 0.25″. Low 41. Northeasterly wind 4 to 8 mph.
