WEATHER HAZARDS THROUGH 12 MIDNIGHT TONIGHT…

SEVEN DAY WEATHER HEADLINES…

(1) The latest upper level low pressure disturbance and associated cold front is moving through the area today with clouds and rain chances persisting into the morning hours. Once the front passes by afternoon, we’ll see the return to a drier and more stable pattern with the return to sunshine and cooler temperatures for the middle part of next week. 

(2) In a very progressive weather pattern (quick moving systems), another upper level low pressure disturbance will traverse the area by Thursday into Friday with rain chances returning once again.

(3) In the wake of the system, skies will clear again Friday through the upcoming weekend with warmer temperatures returning.

TODAY…. Mostly cloudy with scattered rain showers before mid morning as a cold front passes by early afternoon. A 40% chance of rain; where rainfall occurs, it will average trace amounts. Clouds decreasing by mid to late afternoon. High 70. Southerly wind 5 to 12 mph becoming northwesterly 8 to 15 mph and gusty by afternoon.
