WEATHER HAZARDS THROUGH 12 MIDNIGHT TONIGHT…

… No Weather Threats Expected …

SEVEN DAY WEATHER HEADLINES
AND MY 7 DAY FORECAST CONFIDENCE …

(1) Surface high pressure prevails overhead with a dry and stable weather pattern in place.

(2) Surface high pressure will move east of the area by late week into next weekend with a return south southeasterly surface wind and a slow return of Gulf moisture to our area. A cold front will move into Texas by Monday into Tuesday but is expected to remain northwest of the local area as it dies out. Based on lack of model consistency, I am reluctant to add rain chances at this time but may have to ultimately by Monday into Tuesday as moisture and instability increases across our area.

NWS/Weather Prediction Center rainfall guidance, over the next seven days, is predicting little in the way of rainfall before Monday.
