AUSTIN / UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS WEATHER
SEVEN DAY WEATHER HEADLINES…
(1) We start the new week with a more stable and drier weather pattern as upper level high pressure slowly weakens.
(2) As the upper level high pressure weakens, a surge of tropical moisture off the western Gulf of Mexico moves north northwestward along with a more unstable atmosphere developing by late tonight into tomorrow will result in increasing rain chances for the middle part of next week.
(3) A drier and more stable weather pattern will return late week into the weekend with afternoon high temperatures rising to well above seasonal averages.
(4) A cold front will approach Texas just beyond the seven day forecast period with the potential of increased clouds and perhaps rain chances by late next weekend into the early part of next week.
