SEVEN DAY WEATHER HEADLINES…
(1) A drier and more stable weather pattern will prevail through the
weekend with afternoon high temperatures rising back to well above
seasonal averages. Afternoon heat stress temperatures will rise to above
100 degrees over the weekend.
(2) An unseasonably strong cold front will approach Texas and move through our area on Sunday night into Monday morning with increased clouds and perhaps rain chances by late weekend into the early part of next week. A notable drop in temperatures and humidity will be noted in the wake of the system for early into mid parts of next week.
