AUSTIN / UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS WEATHER
SEVEN DAY WEATHER HEADLINES…

(1) After low clouds and fog this morning, clouds will linger today. Clouds will decrease a bit with warmer temperatures tomorrow into Thursday.

(2) Another series of upper level low pressure disturbances will move across the area beginning late Thursday into Friday through the weekend as a surface cold front approaches the area from the north late Thursday into Friday and then a final cold front moves across our local area by Saturday morning. Rain showers and thunderstorms are possible in the pre-frontal environment beginning late Thursday into Friday and into Saturday morning.

(3) Computer and manual guidance strongly suggests that an overrunning pattern, resulting in clouds, post frontal precipitation will continue in the wake of the front through the balance of the weekend and even into early next week as the surface winds return back southerly again.
