AUSTIN / UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS WEATHER
SEVEN DAY WEATHER HEADLINES
AND MY 7 DAY FORECAST CONFIDENCE …

(1) High pressure is moving east of Texas today with plenty of sunshine expected and a return south southeasterly surface wind becoming reestablished across the area.

(2) Another upper level low pressure disturbance will pass west-to-east to our north by late tomorrow into Saturday and allow a surface cold front to move eastward through the area about daybreak on Saturday. Clouds will increase in advance of the system tomorrow with a slim chance of rain by tomorrow night into Saturday morning with clouds clearing out west-to-east, in the wake of the front, for Saturday into Sunday and continuing through the first half of next week as temperatures warm back to above seasonal averages.

NWS/Weather Prediction Center rainfall guidance, over the next seven days, is suggesting amounts of 0.10″ or less for the IH35 corridor.
