.. A Stable and Dry Summer Weather Pattern Continues ..
(1) Upper level high pressure, acting like a “lid” on our atmosphere, will strengthen and result in a stable summer weather pattern through the weekend through most of next week. Afternoon high temperatures will be headed up with afternoon heat stress index readings well in excess of 100 degrees. Afternoon high temperatures will peak around 105 degrees (potentially record tying or breaking temps) by Sunday into Monday with above 100 degree highs forecasts through much of next week.
