(1) As a slow moving upper air disturbance continues to approach from the west, clouds and low level humidity has increased with the likelihood of rain showers and thunderstorms continuing through the remainder of the week and into the weekend. It appears that periods of heavier rain are possible particularly tomorrow into Saturday.
NWS/Weather Prediction Center rainfall guidance, over the next seven days, is predicting 1.00 to 3.00 inches of rainfall.

THURSDAY…. Mostly cloudy. Scattered to numerous rain showers and thunderstorms with an associated lightning threat. Given a 60%chance of rain, where rainfall occurs, it will average 0.50 inch. High 88. Light wind becoming southeasterly 5 to 10 mph.
