SEVEN DAY WEATHER HEADLINES…

(1) Scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will develop over our area today into tonight.

(2) Rain chances decrease a little by tomorrow into the weekend as the atmosphere becomes a little more stable. Even so, moisture and instability will linger so there will be widely scattered rain showers and thunderstorms mainly in the afternoon hours.

(3) Afternoon high temperatures, over the next seven days, will continue overall to be above seasonal averages. I do not see any cold frontal passages / change of air masses over the next seven days.
