SEVEN DAY WEATHER HEADLINES…

(1) Upper level high pressure (the “lid” on the atmosphere) becoming more established over the area. As a result, a drier and more stable weather situation is expected for the next seven day period.

(2) The developing tropical system, over the central and western Gulf of Mexico, will continue to be steered westward toward the northeastern coast of Mexico. I do not expect this to have any effect on our local weather.
