… Flash Flood WATCH Due to Expire Later this Afternoon …
… Rain Chances Diminishing Across IH35 Corridor …

The last upper air low pressure disturbance has crossed the IH35 corridor over the
last few hours. In the wake of this system, the rain chances are diminishing.
NWS Austin-San Antonio indicates that it is likely the flash flood WATCH will expire
(on schedule) at 4pm.

Flows will be fast and water levels will be higher than usual downstream of Starcke Dam.  Take immediate action to protect people and property that may be affected.
