.. Flash Flood Watch No Longer in Effect ..

Although a few more rain showers may occur as the upper air low
pressure disturbance continues to move east northeastward out of the
area, there is no longer the threat of flooding.

There are still about 81 low water crossings still flooded around south
central Texas.. please consult http://www.atxfloods.com/  for the latest
information… and, remember, “turn around, don’t drown.”

Drier and more stable air will prevail over the remainder of the week and
through the coming weekend.

KAUS / Austin Bergstrom Intl Airport… 1.58″
(New daily record for KAUS for 9 March.. old record 1.08″ on 9 Mar 2012)
KATT / Austin City (Camp Mabry)…….. 2.17″
(New daily record for KATT for 9 March.. old record 1.27″ on 9 Mar 2012)
